Head – HR Business Partnering | Ahmedabad
A leading, high-growth FMCG / Consumer Wellness organisation is looking for a senior HR leader to drive its Corporate HRBP and Learning & Organisation Development agenda.
Location: Ahmedabad
Reporting to: CHRO
Team: 5 Direct Reports
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HRBP for Corporate Functions
- Lead organisation-wide L&OD, Leadership Development & Capability Building
- Drive Talent Management, Succession Planning & Career Development
- Own Employee Engagement, Employee Experience & Employer Branding initiatives
- Lead Organisation Effectiveness, Workforce Planning & Change Management
- Drive organisation-wide onboarding, induction and people initiatives
- Lead and develop a high-performing HR/L&OD team
- Oversee select Corporate Administration & employee-facing services
Ideal Profile:
- 15+ years of HR experience
- MBA/PG from a Premier B-School
- Strong experience across HRBP + L&OD + Leadership Development
- Experience in a large, complex, high-growth organisation; FMCG/Consumer sector preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and enterprise mindset
