Job Summary
We are looking for a Human Resources Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities, recruitment, employee records, onboarding, attendance, and employee support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment, screening, and interview coordination.
- Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Track attendance, leaves, and employee information.
- Coordinate with payroll for monthly salary processing.
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support.
- Assist with HR policies, employee engagement, and performance processes.
- Ensure proper and timely completion of HR documentation.
- Assist in planning and coordinating employee events, team activities, and company functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee matters professionally.
