Role Description The Hair Transplant Consultant Cum Center Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Assure Clinic’s Hyderabad center. This role involves guiding clients through the hair transplant journey, including initial consultations, explaining procedures, addressing concerns, and coordinating pre- and post-treatment care. The position includes overseeing day-to-day center operations such as appointment scheduling, staff coordination, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and quality standards. The manager will monitor patient experience, handle escalations, and support the medical team in delivering timely and safe services. Additional responsibilities may include basic sales counseling, follow-up communication, record-keeping, reporting performance metrics, and implementing initiatives to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong client consultation and counseling skills, including clear communication, active listening, and the ability to explain medical procedures in simple terms.
- Candidates should possess center and operations management skills, such as appointment coordination, workflow management, and basic inventory oversight.
- Candidates should possess customer service and relationship management skills, including professionalism, empathy, conflict resolution, and follow-up management.
- Candidates should possess basic sales and marketing skills relevant to clinic services, such as service presentation, cross-selling, and maintaining leads and inquiries.
- Candidates should possess administrative and organizational skills, including accurate documentation, report preparation, and attention to detail.
- Relevant experience in healthcare, wellness, or cosmetic clinics, particularly in hair transplant or dermatology settings, is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; a background in healthcare administration, life sciences, or business management is an advantage.
- Comfort with using clinic management software, email, and basic office applications, along with the ability to work flexible hours as needed, is desirable.
