The Role
We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Guest Service Coordinator to join our Bengaluru office, supporting our UK operations.
As the primary point of contact during a guest's stay, you'll ensure every assignment runs smoothly from arrival through to departure. Working closely with our global accommodation partners, you'll coordinate stay information, complete guest wellness checks, resolve service issues and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate guest arrivals and departures, ensuring all stay information is accurate and communicated on time.
- Conduct guest wellness checks throughout each stay to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage and resolve in-stay service issues promptly and professionally, working closely with accommodation partners.
- Liaise with serviced apartment providers to obtain inspections, updates and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with all guest interactions and case notes.
- Build strong relationships with accommodation partners and internal teams to deliver outstanding service.
- Prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and communication.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, travel, relocation or serviced apartments is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive problem solver with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Confident using multiple systems and managing competing priorities.
