What you’ll be doing:You’ll be the person guests connect with before they arrive - understanding what they’re looking for, sharing the right stay options, answering questions and turning enquiries into bookings.
Alongside reservations, you’ll also help grow Aranya’s business by identifying new opportunities, reaching out to potential clients and building relationships that bring in group and corporate bookings.
- Handle guest enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and email
- Share stay details, packages and availability, and follow up to confirm bookings
- Build relationships with companies, retreat organisers, travel planners and interest groups for group bookings
- Explore new opportunities to expand Aranya’s sales and customer base
- Engage in regular sales outreach and build long-term relationships with potential and existing clients
- Create strategies to reach a wider audience and generate more bookings
- Maintain clear records of leads, bookings and follow-ups

Who would be a good fit?
Someone who enjoys speaking with people, communicates clearly and is comfortable following up without being pushy. You could be a fresher or someone with experience in sales, hospitality, travel or customer-facing roles. Experience is helpful, but we’re also looking for the right attitude and willingness to learn.
What matters most is that you are:
- Confident, clear in communication, organised and proactive
- Ready to travel and learn about hospitality from some of the best staf
- Comfortable working independently with WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets and basic booking tools
- Familiar with booking platforms and how they function
- Curious about sales and building relationships
We’d especially value someone who understands how to sell a peaceful, personal nature stay to the right guests.
