WHAT LAYERR IS
An AI carrier desk for US freight brokerages. Brokers spend all day on the phone with truckers: inbound calls, carrier lists, vetting, haggling. Our AI does all of it, and negotiates rates up to a ceiling the broker sets. Funded SaaS. Money in the bank, almost no marketing so far.
WHY SMALL IS THE POINT
At a big company you'd be Intern #47, pulling reports nobody reads.
Here you'd be on our first marketing team. Your first campaign goes live in week one, on real spend. If it works, you'll see it in the signups by Friday. If it doesn't, you'll see that too.
WHAT YOU'D ACTUALLY DO
→ Run paid ads on Instagram + LinkedIn. Own spend, CAC and signup rate
→ Nail positioning and messaging: why Layerr, why now, why not the old way
→ Build funnels, landing pages and A/B tests. Kill losers fast
→ Turn free trials into daily users, and daily users into team-wide adoption
→ Sit in on client calls and turn what you hear into the next experiment
WHO YOU ARE
You know funnels, positioning, ICPs, attribution and unit economics. Not from a textbook. From doing it: a college fest, a side hustle, your cousin's D2C store. You think in experiments and you're comfortable being wrong on Monday and right by Friday. Any degree.
WHAT I'M PUTTING ON THE TABLE
💸 Stipend: high. Deliberately. Exact number on our first call.
📈 Full-time offer + equity after 6 months if we're good together. Owner, not staff.
🏢 Office in Mohali/Chandigarh. Your customers are next door.
💰 Real ad spend. Not a sandbox.
📚 Learning budget for courses, books, tools. No approval forms.
🧠 Weekly 1:1 with me. Not a manager. Me.
✍️ Public credit for everything you ship.
🤝 A founder's recommendation, whatever you do next.
🚫 Zero "intern work."
HOW TO APPLY (no resume)
You have ₹50,000 and 30 days to get 200 Mohali brokers to sign up for a free trial. In 200 words max: who you target, the one message, where the money goes, what you measure.
Plus one line on the best campaign you've ever run (college fest counts).
Send it to akash@layerr.co.in or DM me, with one line about you.
Good ones hear back within an hour or two.
Come build the thing before anyone's heard of it.
