Role Description The Sales Growth Intern (Freshers) role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. In this role, the intern will support the sales team by identifying potential leads, engaging with prospective learners and partners, and assisting in promoting Internz Learn’s programs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outreach via calls, messages, and meetings, maintaining records of interactions, and helping prepare basic sales presentations and reports. The intern will collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to understand product offerings and communicate value clearly to potential customers. This role offers exposure to sales processes, performance tracking, and customer relationship management in the edtech space.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with prospective learners and partners effectively.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and customer relationship management or willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Comfort with using digital tools (spreadsheets, CRM basics, email, and messaging platforms) for tracking and reporting.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes.
- Educational background in business, marketing, commerce, or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Enthusiasm for the education and technology sector, and an interest in helping learners develop practical skills.
