We're Hiring: Business Development/Growth Manager | MGPR
MediaGraphicsPR (MGPR) is a 25-year-old, New Delhi-based B2B PR agency specializing in Pharma/Healthcare and HR Tech PR, with 350+ clients served over the years. We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help us scale our client base.
What you'll do:
- Build and run targeted outbound (LinkedIn + email) to founders and marketing leaders in pharma, healthcare, and HR Tech
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, book discovery calls
- Pitch and close new client accounts (with founder support on strategic deals)
- Own the pipeline end-to-end — from prospecting to signed retainer
- Work closely with our delivery team to ensure smooth handoffs
What we're looking for:
- 2–4 years in business development / sales, ideally in a services, agency, or consulting environment
- Strong written communication — you can turn a case study into a sharp, specific pitch (not a generic template)
- Comfortable with cold outreach: LinkedIn, email, calls
- Self-starter who can own targets and report on pipeline progress
- Bonus: existing network or familiarity with pharma, healthcare, or HR Tech sectors
