KL Hatke, Khabar Lahariya's subscription vertical, is entering a new growth phase. We're looking for a target-driven, systems-comfortable subscriptions manager to lead both institutional and individual subscriber growth, and to own the operational backend that makes it trackable and sustainable.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys audience growth, outreach, relationship-building, data management, and creating sustainable subscription systems. You will work across institutional and individual subscriptions, helping us grow our subscriber base while ensuring smooth backend operations and strong subscriber engagement.
Location: Hybrid (Delhi preferred)
Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of renewal based on performance
Compensation: Up to ₹40,000 per month
Start Date: Immediate
Experience: Up to 2 years, ideally in subscriptions, memberships, audience growth, reader revenue, or independent media
In this role, you will:
- Lead institutional subscription outreach and onboarding
- Design and execute campaigns to grow individual subscriptions
- Manage subscriber data, renewals, and retention strategies
- Monitor and maintain subscription systems, including WooCommerce and Razorpay
- Support subscriber-exclusive newsletters and audience engagement efforts
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly growth reports
We're looking for someone who is organised, target-driven, comfortable working with databases and follow-ups, and fluent in both Hindi and English. Experience with Google Workspace, WooCommerce, Razorpay, and Mailchimp is essential.
