🚀 We’re Hiring: Google Ads Expert / PPC Specialist
UBRALIK TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for an experienced Google Ads Expert / PPC Specialist who can plan, manage, optimize, and scale performance-driven paid advertising campaigns.
📍 Location: Barasat, Kolkata, West Bengal

💰 Salary: Starting from ₹30,000/month

Key Responsibilities
• Create and manage Google Ads campaigns
• Manage Search, Display, Remarketing & Performance Max campaigns
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Optimize CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, CPA & ROAS
• Manage bidding strategies and advertising budgets
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics / GA4
• Perform A/B testing for ads and landing pages
• Prepare campaign performance reports
• Continuously optimize campaigns to generate quality leads and conversions
Candidate Requirements
✅ Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads / PPC experience
✅ Strong experience with lead-generation campaigns
✅ Excellent keyword research and campaign optimization skills
✅ Good knowledge of Google Analytics, GA4 and conversion tracking
✅ Understanding of Google Tag Manager is preferred
✅ Ability to manage budgets and improve ROI/ROAS
✅ Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
