Are you experienced in Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal bidding and tender management? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team and drive government business opportunities across multiple innovation-focused business verticals.
GeM Portal Executive – Bidding & Tender Management
Location: Bengaluru
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in GeM Portal bidding
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end bidding activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal.
- Identify and evaluate relevant government tenders and bidding opportunities.
- Prepare, submit, and monitor bids within stipulated timelines.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather technical and commercial documentation.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and government procurement guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of submitted bids, contracts, and tender documentation.
- Track bid status and follow up until award completion.
- Support business development initiatives across multiple industry verticals.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in handling GeM Portal bidding.
- Strong understanding of government procurement and tendering processes.
- Experience preparing technical and commercial bid documentation.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
