Role Description The Front Office Associate is a full-time, on-site position based in Nashik, responsible for providing a welcoming and efficient first point of contact for guests. Day-to-day tasks include greeting guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, handling room assignments, and responding to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via digital channels. The role involves maintaining accurate guest records, processing payments, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, and resolving basic guest issues promptly and professionally. The Front Office Associate also supports reservation management, ensures the lobby and reception area remain presentable, and upholds brand standards in every interaction to deliver a smooth and positive guest experience.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and reception skills, including experience with receptionist duties and guest-facing interactions.
- Professional phone etiquette and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Hands-on experience with front office operations such as check-in, check-out, and basic reservation handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with attention to detail and a calm, courteous demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) or willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
- Prior experience in hotels or hospitality front office is preferred but not mandatory.
- Relevant education in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is an advantage.
