Role Description The Front Office Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, OH, responsible for delivering a welcoming and efficient guest experience. This role handles daily reception duties, including greeting guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, and responding to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email. The Front Office Associate will coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms are prepared and guest requests are completed promptly. The role includes maintaining accurate records, processing payments, and resolving guest issues with a focus on service quality and professionalism. The associate is expected to uphold Bloom’s brand standards, maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, and support operational tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong customer service and check-in skills to manage guest arrivals, departures, and queries effectively.
- Candidates should possess professional phone etiquette and receptionist duties skills to handle calls, messages, and front desk operations.
- Candidates should possess clear and courteous communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and colleagues.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior front office or hospitality experience, familiarity with hotel management or reservation systems, basic computer literacy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable work habits, a service-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, are highly valued.
