💼 Position: Villa Acquisition Manager / Executive
Location: Nashik
Roles & Responsibilities
🎯 What you’ll be doing:
✅ Identify & source premium villas
✅ Connect with villa owners, developers & real estate agents
✅ Conduct property visits & evaluations
✅ Negotiate terms and close villa partnerships
✅ Maintain a strong acquisition pipeline
✅ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
✅ Achieve monthly/quarterly acquisition targets
Skills Required
🔥 What we’re looking for:
•2–3 years’ experience(or MBA marketing freshers with good enthusiasm) in villa/hotel, acquisition, sales, business development or hospitality
• Hospitality background if preferred or not good client handling skills
• Excellent convincing & communication skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building ability
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Own laptop – Mandatory 💻
• Own bike + valid driving licence – Mandatory 🏍️
