Role Description The Front End Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The trainer will design and deliver structured front-end development courses, including lectures, hands-on labs, and project-based sessions for learners at various skill levels. Daily responsibilities include preparing training materials, updating course content to reflect current industry standards, conducting classroom sessions, evaluating student performance, and providing individualized guidance and feedback. The role also involves mentoring learners on real-time projects, supporting placement readiness through interview preparation and technical counseling, and collaborating with other trainers to align curriculum with market trends. The trainer will contribute to continuous improvement of teaching methods and training resources to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
Qualifications
- Strong front-end development skills, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Ability to design and deliver structured training programs, including curriculum development, lesson planning, and creation of practical assignments and projects.
- Experience in classroom teaching or corporate training, with excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Capability to mentor learners on best practices in coding standards, debugging, performance optimization, and responsive design.
- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git), basic UI/UX principles, and integration of front-end code with back-end services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent industry experience will also be considered.
- Previous experience working on real-time projects in a professional environment; exposure to training or mentoring roles is highly desirable.
