Principal – Cambridge Foundation School

Edify World School, Bellandur, Bangalore, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Principal to lead our Foundation School and drive academic excellence, school operations, and overall development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic academic and operational leadership for the school.
- Lead curriculum planning, implementation, assessment, and academic quality.
- Ensure effective implementation of the Cambridge Curriculum and international school practices.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing teaching and leadership team.
- Drive student achievement, teacher development, and continuous school improvement.
- Manage parent, student, staff, and other stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to admissions, enrolment growth, school branding, and community engagement.
- Establish a strong culture of learning, innovation, discipline, and student wellbeing.
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of proven experience in a Principal/School Head role.
- Mandatory: Strong experience with the Cambridge Curriculum.
- Experience in a Cambridge/International School is preferred.
- Experience leading or setting up a Foundation School will be an added advantage.
- Strong academic leadership, people management, and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Relevant postgraduate/education qualification preferred.
