Job Title: Front Desk & Tele-calling Executive
Job Type: Full-Time, On-site
Location: Goldwins, Coimbatore
Workdays & Timings: Monday – Saturday, 10:00 am – 5:30 pm
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month
Probation Period: 3 months
Role Description:
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented executives to join our growing team. You will play a key role in handling our administrative work, engaging walk-in customers & managing inquiries. This role requires a strong customer-centric approach, excellent people & communication skills, and the ability to handle quick response roles.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 yrs of experience in Front desk or Tele-calling positions
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand technical details of car care services.
- Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
