Sandfits Foundries Private Limited is a pre-eminent iron casting manufacturing company that produces Grey Iron, Ductile Iron, CG Iron, and AD Iron. Sandfits has 3 foundries with a capacity of 60000 tons PA. Sandfits has a dedicated machine shop to deliver precision iron components to customers worldwide. Sandfits Foundries are located in and around Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India and has a certified IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
The Role
He / She will be responsible to work on the Operational, Procurement, HR, and financial metrics and leaders. This role converts raw, cross-functional data into actionable weekly and monthly scorecards—equipping the Managing Director to make the strategic and operational decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Plant Data Governance & Intake
Standardise reporting templates to maintain continuity across diverse operational units.Establish and enforce strict SLA-driven submission timelines to ensure zero gaps in reporting cycles.Weekly data collection pipeline from five plant heads, Purchase, HR and Finance departments.
- Executive Consolidation & Synthesis
Consolidate complex, cross-functional metrics into the MD's high-level Weekly Summary Scorecard.Disseminate the finalized scorecard ahead of the Monday executive review meeting to enable productive strategy sessions.
- Quality Assurance & Data Integrity
Audit and validate all incoming data to identify inconsistent, drifting, operational figures.Partner directly with unit heads to resolve data anomalies and cross-check before executive exposure.
- Performance Analytics & Strategic MIS
Compile and publish comprehensive monthly MIS packs covering plant-wise dispatch vs. target, customer rejection trends, and human capital/absenteeism impact.Detail purchase price variances, account receivables ageing, and current cash flow positionMaintain a historical repository of data to map long-term trend lines, flagging operational improvements or deteriorations.
- Automation & Continuous Improvement
Systematically eliminate manual data compilation by introducing automated Excel architectures, or direct ERP script reportsMaintain absolute confidentiality and role-based access control over all handled sensitive corporate financial and manufacturing metrics.
Qualifications And Experience
Graduate in Mechanical / Production / Automobile / Industrial Engineer with MIS / Planning exposure or ACMA with 6 to 7 years of experience. Exposre to advance excel is must. Candidate should have worked in Manufacturing industry. MBA will be added advantage.
