Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify healthcare professionals through job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned requirements while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment system.
