Responsibilities:
- Call potential customers and handle initial interactions.
- Conduct initial screening based on customer requirements.
- Follow up with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team and share qualified leads.
- Maintain customer and lead records.
Requirements:
- Good voice quality and strong verbal communication skills.
- Confident and professional communication.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic MS Office/Excel knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
