The Poise Project is looking for highly motivated freelance sales professionals who can identify prospects, generate leads, and convert them into paying clients for our corporate training, aviation grooming, personality development, image consulting, and professional development programs.
This is a performance-based opportunity where compensation is paid only after a successful sale is completed and the client has made the payment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients, educational institutions, corporate organizations, and businesses.
- Generate and qualify new sales leads.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Explain The Poise Project's training solutions and service offerings.
- Follow up with prospects until the sale is successfully closed.
- Coordinate with the management team for proposals and quotations.
- Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the sales process.
- Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Eligibility
- Previous experience in sales, business development, marketing, or client acquisition is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of the education, corporate training, hospitality, aviation, or HR industry is an added advantage.
Compensation
- No fixed salary.
- Payment is 100% commission-based.
- Commission will be paid only after:
- The client confirms the booking.
- The client completes the payment.
- The payment is successfully received by The Poise Project.
- No commission is payable for enquiries, quotations, meetings, or unconfirmed leads.
Terms & Conditions
- Freelance Sales Executives are not employees of The Poise Project.
- This role does not include PF, ESI, leave benefits, travel allowance, or other employee benefits.
- All pricing, discounts, and commercial negotiations must be approved by The Poise Project management.
- Client information and company data must remain strictly confidential.
- Misrepresentation of services or unauthorized commitments may result in immediate termination of the freelance association.
- The Poise Project reserves the right to accept or reject any client proposal.
