Bachpan Play School is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Franchise Expansion Manager to drive franchise growth and expansion across new markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new franchise opportunities across assigned locations.
- Generate leads and connect with potential franchise partners.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective franchisees.
- Manage the complete franchise acquisition process from lead generation to closure.
- Conduct market research to identify potential cities and locations for expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth franchise onboarding and launch.
- Track expansion targets, leads, conversions, and overall business performance.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition targets.
- Travel across different locations as required for business development.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in Franchise Sales, Business Development, Real Estate, or related fields.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close business deals.
- Good knowledge of market research and business development.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Candidates from the education/franchise industry will be preferred.
