We're Hiring: Founding Growth Lead
📍 Location: Mumbai (Preferred) | Remote (Work From Home)
Want to build a company instead of just working for one?
We're looking for our first Growth Lead to help build CreatorChowk, a fast-growing Social Media Growth & Narrative Marketing Agency specializing in:
• Influencer Marketing
• Reddit Marketing & ORM
• Twitter (X) Narrative Building
• Music Marketing
• Brand Growth
This is more than a regular marketing role. You'll work directly with the founders to shape the company's growth strategy, acquire clients, build processes, hire the initial team, and scale the business from the ground up.
What You'll Do
• Drive business development and client acquisition
• Build sales systems and SOPs
• Lead client meetings and close deals
• Help build and manage the core team
• Develop proposals and agency presentations
• Work closely with founders on long-term growth strategy
Campaign execution will be handled by our experienced team at Marketing Gorillass, allowing you to focus on scaling the business.
Who We're Looking For
• 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Agency Sales, or Marketing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience pitching brands and closing deals
• Leadership mindset with an ownership mentality
• Someone excited to build something from Day 1
Compensation
💰 ₹30,000–₹35,000/month + Performance Incentives
