We are looking for a Growth Lead to drive growth of one of the products within Raise's ecosystem. This is a high-impact role focused on building and scaling our content, distribution, and growth engine. Sitting at the intersection of content strategy, consumer psychology, platform growth, and user behavior, you will shape how users discover, engage with, and trust our brand.
Working closely with the founding team, you will drive narrative, audience growth, distribution systems, conversion funnels, and brand positioning. This is not a traditional content role-it is a growth role focused on creating scalable systems that drive attention, engagement, and business impact.
Expected Responsibilities:
1. Build Content That Makes People Think
- Create content across:
- Markets
- Investment products
- Wealth journeys

2. Create & Scale Growth IPs
- Build repeatable formats across:
- YouTube (deep dives, conversations)
- Shorts / Reels
- LinkedIn / Twitter
- Newsletter ecosystems
- Communities
- Turn ideas into series people follow and trust
- Use AI tools to:
- Develop content playbooks
- Improve research, scripting, and iteration speed
- Scale content production without diluting quality
3. Own Multi Channel Distribution
Growth is not just creating content.
It is ensuring the right people see it repeatedly.
You will:
- Understand platform algorithms and user behavior
- Build channel-native growth strategies
- Drive organic reach and engagement
- Experiment rapidly with hooks, formats, and narratives
- Identify scalable distribution loops
We care deeply about:
- Audience quality
- Investor intent
- Engagement depth
4. Turn Attention into Action
- Work closely with product and business teams to:
- Convert interest into enquiry
- Support movement toward allocation
5. Build & Scale the Engine
Help build the systems behind scale:
- Content workflows
- Distribution systems
- Analytics dashboards
- Experimentation frameworks
- Creator/editor ecosystems
Expected Skills:
- Strong writing and storytelling ability
- Deep intuition for what makes content work
- Ability to think in formats and IPs
- Comfort with video-first content (YouTube, Shorts, Reels)
- Ability to leverage AI tools to improve speed, quality, and scale
- Ability to operate with high ownership and ambiguity
- Obsession with distribution and audience growth
- 3–5 years in content / growth roles in wealth, fintech, media or consumer internet
- Strong understanding of markets and investing
- Strong instinct for internet culture, narratives, and audience behavior
- Ability to think both strategically and operationally
- Strong execution speed
