About Us: We are a D2C brand led by IITR alum. We are pre-launch and have raised pre-seed funding backed by founders of Souled Store founder, TIGC, partners from Investment banking, and strong startup operators.
We are looking for two Founders Office/Chief of Staff generalists to work directly with the founder. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to various aspects of a startup, from operations to strategy, and play a direct role in building and scaling the business.
Responsibilities: Your work will be diverse and impactful. Your key responsibilities will include:
- P&L: Find ways to expand the revenue from the current business lines.
- Automation: Automate marketing material flow and other processes using AI tools to improve efficiency.
- Research: Conduct research on various topics as required by the founder, such as market trends, competition, and product strategies.
- Ecommerce Platforms: Handle operations and growth on other platforms
- Online Presence: Contribute to the growth of the startup's online presence across platforms.
- Offline Distribution: Help execute distribution strategies to expand offline presence.
- Adhoc Sales & Operations: Support sales and operational tasks as needed.
- General Startup Tasks: Take on various tasks as required by the startup, ensuring smooth operations and growth.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to gather insights and brainstorm new ideas for growth.
Requirements
- Strong interest in startups, AI and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong business sense
- Analytical mindset for problem-solving, taking data driven decisions and creating efficient workflows.
- Interest in AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for coordinating with different stakeholders Ability to adapt to changing priorities and take ownership of tasks.
- You should be willing to come to office 5 days a week. We are based in Mumbai
Bonus Points if:
- Previous founder/builder experience
- Previous Experience working in a D2C brand
- IIT/BITS background
Compensation & Growth
- ₹50,000–₹1,00,000 per month
- ESOPs
- Performance and compensation reviews every 6 months
