Job Description — Founder's Office Associate
Exp - 1 to 3 yrs
Location - Mumbai Thane (6 days WFO)
Requirements
- MBA from a top-tier institute; 1–3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or a startup strategy/ops role.
- Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills; comfortable building and auditing spreadsheets independently.
- Strong written communication — can draft a clean, professional email or memo with minimal editing.
- High ownership and discretion — will be exposed to confidential financial, legal, and strategic information.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, founder-facing role with variable scope and shifting priorities.
- Prior startup exposure or early-stage company experience is a plus, not a requirement.
