Company Description:
ZiAn Ventures partners with technically strong founders who have built real products but need clarity and structure around growth, go-to-market, and revenue. The firm focuses on solving issues such as unclear GTM, misaligned messaging, weak distribution, and over-reliance on the founder for growth. ZiAn delivers strategy-first support across GTM design, revenue and pricing, founder and product narrative, distribution and partnerships, and AI direction. Using a pod-based engagement model, ZiAn emphasizes low founder time commitment and revenue before scale. The company primarily works with D2C, Healthcare, AI, SaaS, and deeptech startups that are funded or already generating revenue and want leverage without chaos.
Role Description - The Founder's Office – Sales and Partnerships.
This role involves working directly with the founding team to identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships with D2C, Healthcare, AI, SaaS, and deeptech startups, investors, and ecosystem partners. The individual will support sales motion design, create and refine GTM narratives, and help translate strategic insights into practical outreach campaigns and partner-facing materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting discovery conversations, preparing decks and proposals, maintaining a structured sales pipeline, and tracking key metrics. The role also includes collaborating closely with pods to align client needs with ZiAn’s offerings and ensuring a consistent founder and product narrative across all external touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
- Experience in partnerships and ecosystem building, with the ability to identify, negotiate, and maintain high-value relationships.
- Comfort with GTM, revenue, and pricing concepts, and the ability to support narrative and messaging development for founders and products.
- Familiarity with D2C, Healthcare, AI, SaaS, or deeptech domains, and an interest in startup and venture ecosystems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear decks, proposals, and partner communication.
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, strategy-first environment, with strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset, with capacity to work closely with founders and cross-functional pods.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; prior experience in startups, consulting, or B2B SaaS sales is a plus.
