About 150

We’re looking for a high-ownership individual to work directly with the founder across strategy, growth, partnerships and business execution.
Role
This is a hands-on Founder’s Office role for someone who can think strategically, solve ambiguous problems and drive execution.
You’ll work closely with the founder on initiatives across capital allocation, insurance, corporate wellness, partnerships, new channels, sponsorships and growth.
This is not a presentation-heavy strategy role. You’ll be expected to take ideas from analysis → decision → execution.
What You'll Work On

- Evaluate new markets, business models, partnerships and growth opportunities.
- Build business cases, financial models and analyses to support decisions.
- Develop and drive partnerships across insurance, corporate wellness, healthcare, fitness and technology.
- Identify new growth and distribution channels.
- Take high-priority projects from idea to execution.
- Coordinate across product, science, operations, marketing and sales teams.
- Track outcomes and identify opportunities to improve growth and business performance.
What We're Looking For
- 8–10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business, growth, operations, investment banking, corporate development or a similar role.
- MBB or similar consulting experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical, structured-thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of business fundamentals and financial modelling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable working independently in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
- Strong ownership and bias toward execution.
- Interest in healthcare, technology or consumer businesses is a plus.
Why 150?
- Work directly with the founder on high-impact decisions.
- Significant autonomy and exposure to the entire business.
- Work across strategy, growth, healthcare, technology and partnerships.
- Competitive compensation and meaningful equity.
- Work closely with doctors, scientists and a high-ownership team.
