ABOUT IDEAZMEET
ideazmeet is a full-stack ecosystem for global manufacturers, helping them enter, source from, and grow in India. We combine consulting, sourcing, AI-powered solutions, and a digital manufacturing community to help manufacturers navigate complex business and manufacturing challenges with greater speed, transparency, and on-ground support.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a curious, proactive, and organised intern to work closely with the founders across branding, community growth, business research, and operations.
You’ll help turn ideas into action - whether that means creating content, supporting a growth initiative, researching a business opportunity, or coordinating a project. This is a hands-on role with ownership of defined responsibilities and exposure to how a startup operates.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
1. ideazmeet & Founder Branding / Social Media
• Support social media execution for ideazmeet and its founders, from planning and drafting to approvals, publishing, and engagement.
• Turn founder conversations, customer insights, and industry developments into relevant content that reflects the brand and each founder’s voice.
• Maintain a content calendar and create posts, basic creatives, carousels, and short videos.
• Track content performance, identify relevant conversations, and coordinate follow-ups on inbound enquiries.
2. Support Community & Growth Initiatives
• Help onboard members and encourage meaningful participation on ideazmeet.
• Support member spotlights, expert sessions, webinars, and other community initiatives.
• Research potential customers, partners, industry associations, and communities; assist with outreach and follow-ups.
• Help execute growth experiments, track outcomes, and capture user feedback to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention.
3. Business Research and Decision Support
• Research customer segments, competitors, manufacturing trends, and business opportunities.
• Help assess potential partnerships, new markets, and commercial ideas.
• Prepare concise research briefs, presentations, and recommendations for the founders.
• Review basic business and platform metrics to identify patterns, questions, and opportunities for improvement.
4. Founder’s Office Operations and Special Projects
• Support selected founder priorities from initial research through execution.
• Maintain project trackers, meeting notes, and action items with clear owners and deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, follow up on commitments, and flag blockers early.
• Take ownership of defined projects and help improve everyday processes as the business grows.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Curiosity about startups, business growth, technology, and the manufacturing ecosystem.
• Good research skills and the ability to turn information into clear, useful insights.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, presentations, and basic business metrics.
• Familiarity with social media and basic content creation tools such as Canva.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
• Initiative, sound judgment, and a willingness to learn from feedback.
• Responsible use of AI tools, including fact-checking and reviewing outputs.
• Experience through internships, college projects, entrepreneurial initiatives, content creation, or community work is welcome. Prior manufacturing experience is not required.
WHAT YOU’LL GAIN
• Direct exposure to founder decision-making and business execution.
• Hands-on experience across branding, community, growth, research, and operations.
• Ownership of defined projects with guidance and feedback.
• An understanding of the manufacturing ecosystem and the businesses within it.
