About Yujji
Yujji is a Commercial Growth Advisory working with companies across AI, Commerce, Retail Media, AdTech, MarTech, Consumer Technology and Enterprise SaaS.
Yujji works closely with founders and leadership teams to solve real business problems — from defining the right market and commercial strategy to building revenue engines, developing enterprise relationships, launching new initiatives and creating scalable operating systems.
Today, Yujji is actively involved in building and scaling businesses across Commerce, Data, AI, Retail Media and Consumer Technology, including engagements with Trailytics, VeriSmart and 99Pandits.
This means the Founder's Office is not a theoretical strategy role.
You will be working across multiple live businesses where things need to move, get executed and reach the finish line.
The Role
We are looking for a high-agency Founder's Office Associate who can work directly with the Founder across multiple businesses and initiatives.
Someone who doesn't wait for detailed instructions.
Someone who can take:
“We should explore this.”
and turn it into:
Research → Plan → Outreach → Meetings → Follow-ups → Execution → Outcome.
You will operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, business development, research, operations and founder support.
The ideal person is a go-getter, problem solver and executor who enjoys taking ownership of ambiguous problems and figuring out how to get them done.
This role is for someone who wants to build.
Not someone who is looking for a job where tasks are assigned and completed mechanically.
What You'll Do1. Turn Ideas Into Execution
A major part of your role will be converting the Founder’s ideas and priorities into actual execution.
You will:
- Break large objectives into actionable tasks.
- Build execution plans and timelines.
- Identify what needs to happen next.
- Find the people, information or resources required.
- Coordinate across stakeholders.
- Follow up until actions are completed.
- Identify blockers and escalate them early.
- Maintain action trackers and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Keep projects moving even when requirements are ambiguous.
Your job is not simply to track tasks. Your job is to make sure they happen.
2. Founder’s Office
You will work directly with the Founder across Yujji and its portfolio of businesses.
This could involve:
- Preparing for CXO and founder meetings.
- Creating meeting briefs and agendas.
- Taking MOMs and converting them into action plans.
- Following up with internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparing executive summaries.
- Researching companies, markets and people before meetings.
- Maintaining relationship and opportunity trackers.
- Coordinating important conversations and introductions.
- Preparing proposals, presentations and business cases.
- Helping the Founder stay focused on the highest-value priorities.
You will often be the person making sure that:
“We discussed this last week” becomes “This is now done.”
3. Business Growth & GTM
You will get hands-on exposure to the commercial side of multiple businesses.
You may work on:
- Market and competitor research.
- Identifying potential customers.
- Building target account lists.
- Identifying CXOs and decision makers.
- Researching companies and buying signals.
- Preparing outreach strategies.
- Supporting enterprise and D2C prospecting.
- Managing CRM and opportunity trackers.
- Preparing sales and partnership material.
- Researching potential partners.
- Coordinating meetings and follow-ups.
- Tracking opportunities from first contact to closure.
You may be asked to take ownership of a market or account universe and build it from zero to execution.
4. Business Intelligence & Problem Solving
You will frequently encounter questions where there is no ready-made answer.
For example:
- Which companies should we target?
- Who are the right decision makers?
- Why isn't a particular funnel converting?
- Which agencies should we approach?
- What is happening in a particular market?
- What competitors are doing?
- What pricing models exist?
- Which customer segments have the strongest opportunity?
- What data do we need before making a decision?
You will be expected to:
Research → Analyse → Form a view → Recommend an action.
Not simply produce a report.
5. Build Things
Depending on the business, you may be asked to create:
- Market maps
- Target account databases
- CRM systems
- Sales trackers
- Business dashboards
- GTM plans
- Outreach lists
- Competitive intelligence
- Investor research
- Customer research
- Sales presentations
- Commercial proposals
- Business cases
- Operating trackers
- SOPs
- Founder reports
- Thought-leadership material
- AI-powered workflows
You should be comfortable learning a new tool or process quickly and figuring things out yourself.
6. Research, AI & Automation
AI will be an important part of how Yujji operates.
You will be expected to use tools such as:
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Gemini
- Perplexity
- Google Workspace
- Notion
- Excel / Google Sheets
- PowerPoint / Google Slides
- CRM platforms
- Other AI and automation tools
The expectation isn't simply that you know how to use ChatGPT.
It is that you ask:
“Can this be done faster, better or more intelligently using AI?”You should constantly look for ways to automate repetitive work and increase the speed at which the Founder and the businesses can operate.
7. Communication & Relationship Management
You will interact with:
- Founders
- CEOs
- CXOs
- Senior executives
- Sales teams
- Agency leaders
- Customers
- Partners
- Investors
- Consultants and external stakeholders
You should be comfortable writing professional emails, WhatsApp messages, LinkedIn messages and executive communication.
You should also be comfortable picking up the phone and following up when required.
You will not be expected to simply “send an email and wait.”
You will be expected to own the outcome.
What We Are Looking For
More than pedigree, we are looking for how you operate.
We value:
Ownership: You take responsibility for outcomes rather than waiting for instructions.
Bias for Action: You move quickly, test things and learn.
Follow-through :You don't leave things half-done.
Curiosity: You genuinely want to understand businesses, markets, technology and people.
Resourcefulness: If you don't know how to do something, you figure it out.
Speed: You are comfortable operating in an environment where priorities change quickly.
Structured Thinking: You can take a messy problem and turn it into a clear plan.
Communication: You can communicate clearly with both junior and senior stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: You notice the missing number, unanswered email, pending action or broken link.
Energy: You enjoy getting things moving.
The Most Important TraitYou should be a finisher.
We don't need someone who can create beautiful plans that remain in PowerPoint.
We need someone who asks:
What needs to happen next?
