Work with India's Biggest Children Festival - Kukdukoo Fest, a traveling festival that brings together storytelling, creativity, arts and culture. This is a high-ownership role where you will get exposure to events, marketing, partnerships, operations and founder-level decision-making.

Employment: Full-Time, Work From Office
Compensation: ₹32,000/month
Health Insurance: Provided
Lock-in Period: 6 months
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day activities of the Co-Founder’s Office and ensure timely execution of critical tasks.
- Support planning and execution of events, campaigns and special projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, artists, partners and other stakeholders.
- Conduct research on artists, ideas, trends, competitors and industry benchmarks.
- Create and maintain presentations, reports, trackers and documentation.
- Track project timelines, follow-ups and deliverables across teams.
- Assist in solving operational, growth and customer experience challenges.
- Support the Co-Founder across projects and take ownership of assigned tasks from start to finish.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
- A strong communicator - clear, confident and responsive.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Good at coordination and multitasking.
- Curious, with a research-first mindset.
- Practical, resourceful and solution-oriented.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace and MS Office - Sheets, Docs and PPT.
- Willing to take ownership and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and figuring things out along the way.
