Company Description
NextDimension AI is building the operating system for specialty medical practices. The company deploys autonomous AI agents that handle the full scope of operations (patient scheduling, care coordination, billing, and workflow automations) so practices can run leaner and patients get a better experience. Founded by AI and technology leaders from Google, Amazon, and Visa, along with seasoned operations experts, NextDimension AI brings together large-scale engineering experience and deep domain knowledge.
About the Role
This is a Founder's Office role. You will design and run NextDimension's operations: how we hire, how our teams work, how we measure quality and how we deliver. You work directly with the Founders and see every part of the business, which makes this one of the fastest general-management learning curves you will find.
The one rule: if you do something twice, you automate it. We expect you to use AI to do the work of three people.
Build the team
- Own every engineering, AI/ML, operations and product hire from intake to joining. Our next 10 hires are yours to find and close.
- Source like a founder: LinkedIn, GitHub, Naukri communities and referrals. Use AI to research candidates, personalise outreach and screen at speed.
- Build a hiring machine that measures itself: pipeline, scorecards, interview loops and weekly metrics.
Own quality metrics for every team
- Work with each team lead to define the 3–5 metrics that show whether their team is doing great work, such as delivery predictability, bug escape rate or customer go-live time.
- Build a live dashboard, review it monthly with leadership, and turn every miss into a fix.
Redesign how we deliver
- Map how work actually flows across product, engineering, delivery and GTM. Find the bottlenecks, broken handoffs and duplicated effort.
- Redesign the workflows and project cadence, automate them, and prove the change worked with data.
Build the culture across teams
- Shape how we work as we scale: values in practice, rituals, recognition, feedback loops and performance reviews.
- Run regular engagement pulses across teams and act visibly on what you hear.
Make people operations run themselves
- Own onboarding and offboarding so a new joiner is productive on day one and every exit is clean.
- Keep us compliant, without letting compliance become the job.
- Automate leave, attendance, onboarding and policy sign-offs.
Drive new initiatives
- Take a fuzzy idea, turn it into a plan with owners and milestones, and push it to done.
- Report progress before anyone has to ask.
Keep the team in sync
- Run the operating rhythm: team meetings, all-hands, announcements and decision logs.
- Make sure the right people know the right things at the right time.
Put the office on autopilot
- Vendors, facilities, IT assets, travel and team events, set up once with checklists and good vendors so they take little of your week.
Who You Are
- 2+ years across consulting, strategy, Founder's Office or BizOps roles, ideally at a high-growth startup. MBA from a leading university.
- A structured problem solver. You can take a messy operating problem, break it down with data and fix it.
- You have hired before, or can show you can sell a role to a top engineer and close them.
- AI-native in how you work. You use ChatGPT, Claude or similar tools every day, and you have built automations yourself in tools like n8n, Zapier, Make or Slack workflows. Show us one.
- High agency. You spot the problem, propose the fix and ship it without waiting to be told.
- You care about people and culture, and you can hold a team lead to a quality bar.
- Clear, crisp writing and comfort presenting to leadership.
What to expect
- 3 rounds of interview
- Location: Gurugram, India. Work from Office with a team of passionate and high energy builders and creatives.
- Salary + Bonus
