Founder's Associate
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Founder's Associate to work closely with the Founder on business operations, strategic projects, research, and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Founder in daily operations and key projects
- Conduct market and business research
- Coordinate with teams and track project progress
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
- Assist in process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- MBA / Any degree ( Preferred in Marketing)
- Strong communication and organizational skill
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
- 1–3 years of experience preferred
Location: Kanhangad(Kasaragod)
