We’re not hiring for a department.
We’re looking for someone who gets excited when there’s no playbook.
Someone who enjoys turning ambiguity into execution, solving problems that don’t have obvious answers, and taking ownership before being asked.
You’ll work directly with the Founder on whatever matters most—from launching new stores and building new processes to solving operational bottlenecks and driving strategic initiatives.
Every project will be different.

Compensation: ₹50,000 Fixed + ₹50,000 Performance-Based Variable
