About the Role
We are looking for a fresher, high-energy, and deeply analytical individual to work directly with the Founder. This is a high-agency, 0-to-1 execution role where you will act as a force multiplier for the company's growth.
If you want to move away from theoretical slide decks and actually build, launch, and scale new business verticals from scratch, this is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- GTM Strategy & Execution: Scope, launch, and own Go-To-Market strategies for fresh expansion avenues.
- 0-to-1 Problem Solving: Navigate ambiguity to figure out how we enter a market, set up early operations, and establish growth loops.
- Cross-Functional Hustle: Work directly with leadership to unblock bottlenecks across product, marketing, and operations.
- Data-Driven Deep Dives: Analyze market trends and internal metrics to pitch the next areas of business expansion.
What We Are Looking For
- Top-Tier Pedigree: B.Tech/Dual Degree from IIT, NIT, or BITS Pilani.
- High Agency & Grit: You don't wait for step-by-step instructions. You love taking an ambiguous problem statement and driving it to a conclusion.
- Action-oriented: You prefer testing hypotheses in the real world over endless research. You love getting your hands dirty.
- Strong Communicator: Ability to coordinate with external partners and internal teams with absolute clarity.
