Role Description The Infrastructure Architect role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will design and document end-to-end infrastructure architectures, including compute, storage, networking, and systems required to support OSS/NMS/ITSM and enterprise applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing current infrastructure, defining target architectures, creating solution designs, and collaborating with engineering and operations teams to ensure successful implementation and transition to production. The Infrastructure Architect will evaluate technologies and tools, establish standards and best practices, and ensure solutions meet performance, security, scalability, and availability requirements. The role also involves troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues, providing guidance on capacity planning and optimization, and supporting pre-sales and stakeholder discussions with clear technical recommendations.
