Role DescriptionLead – Enterprise Security Architect
Arraafi InfoTech Pvt Ltd is looking for a Lead – Enterprise Security Architect to define and lead the organization's Enterprise Security Architecture strategy, standards, governance, and target-state roadmap.
The role will provide security architecture leadership across cloud, infrastructure, applications, data, identity, enterprise platforms, and emerging technologies, ensuring security is embedded by design across technology initiatives.
The candidate will work closely with Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, Digital, Data, Product, SAP, and business teams to evaluate technology investments, govern architecture decisions, manage technology risk, and ensure alignment with security and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve Enterprise Security Architecture strategy, standards, principles, and roadmaps.
- Establish security architecture patterns and reference architectures.
- Lead Security Design Authority and architecture governance.
- Embed Security by Design across the technology lifecycle.
- Provide security assurance for cloud, enterprise platforms, digital initiatives, and third-party solutions.
- Drive security architecture across identity, cloud, infrastructure, applications, data, and emerging technologies.
- Assess emerging technologies and cyber risks.
- Advise senior technology and business stakeholders on security architecture and risk management.
- Drive continuous improvement, standardization, automation, and security engineering practices.
Required Experience
- 10–12 years of experience in Enterprise Security Architecture.
- Experience with enterprise security architecture, cloud adoption, technology modernization, and architecture governance.
- Strong knowledge of Cloud & Hybrid Security, IAM, Network & Infrastructure Security, Application/API & Data Security, DevSecOps, Zero Trust, and Cyber Risk Management.
- Experience working with senior technology leaders and enterprise stakeholders.
- Strong communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
