We are hiring Experienced Fire Fighting & ELV Engineers for our projects in Mumbai and Pune
Position: Fire Fighting & ELV Engineer
Experience: 3-8 Years
Locations: Mumbai, Pune
Salary: ₹22,000 - ₹32,000 per month for Mumbai & Pune
Key Responsibilities
Fire Fighting Systems
- Install and supervise piping for sprinkler systems.
- Install and maintain fire hydrants, hose reels, fire pumps, and related equipment.
- Ensure adequate water storage, flow, and pressure for firefighting systems.
- Coordinate with Fire Alarm and Detection Systems (FAS).
- Conduct inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
FAS (Fire Alarm System)
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Install, test, commission, and troubleshoot fire alarm systems.
- Coordinate with MEP, civil, and electrical teams.
- Troubleshoot detectors, control panels, and field devices.
- Prepare testing reports, commissioning records, and handover documentation.
PA (Public Address System)
- Install and configure speakers, amplifiers, microphones, and paging equipment.
- Test emergency voice evacuation and public announcement functions.
- Integrate the PA system with the Fire Alarm System.
- Perform maintenance and fault rectification.
ACD (Access Control System)
- Install and configure access control devices, including card readers, biometric devices, door controllers, and magnetic locks.
- Configure user access levels and permissions.
- Test door operations and system integration.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
CCTV System
- Install CCTV cameras, NVRs/DVRs, monitors, and network equipment.
- Configure IP cameras, recording systems, and remote viewing.
- Verify camera coverage and recording quality.
- Perform preventive maintenance and resolve system faults.
General Responsibilities
- Review project drawings and technical specifications.
- Supervise site installation activities.
- Coordinate with architects, civil, mechanical, electrical, and client teams.
- Monitor quality, safety, and project progress.
- Perform testing, commissioning, and system handover.
Prepare inspection reports, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and other project documentation.
