We're Hiring | OKTA Lead | Pune (Hadapsar) | Immediate Joiners Preferred
Pronoesis is looking for a skilled OKTA Lead to join our team and contribute to enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) implementation projects for a leading client. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on experience in OKTA, client-facing implementations, and end-to-end Implementation Experience.
Position: OKTA Lead
Experience: 4–7 Years
Location: Pune (Hadapsar) – Work from Office (Client Location)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end OKTA IAM implementation projects.
- Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and access policies.
- Integrate enterprise applications using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
- Implement Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) lifecycle and SCIM-based provisioning.
- Troubleshoot authentication, MFA, and provisioning issues.
- Analyse OKTA system logs and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with client IT, security, and application teams.
- Prepare technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and handover artefacts.
- Support UAT, go-live activities, and post-production support.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience with OKTA Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Experience in client-facing implementation projects.
- OKTA Professional Certification (mandatory/preferred).
- Knowledge of PowerShell and/or Python scripting.
