SALES & FINANCE EXECUTIVE
Location: Samastipur, Bihar

About The Role:
We are looking for a Sales & Finance Executive who can efficiently manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, sales coordination, financial records, and customer handling for our automobile showroom, petrol pump, and other business ventures.
The ideal candidate should have strong financial knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage routine accounts and sales-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting
- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and financial records.
- Handle bookkeeping, billing, vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- Maintain and reconcile cash, bank, sales, and purchase records.
- Monitor daily transactions and ensure accurate financial documentation.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and compliance.
- Track outstanding payments and follow up wherever required.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all accounting-related tasks.
Sales & Business Operations
- Handle sales-related documentation and coordination for the automobile showroom and petrol pump.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and transactions.
- Coordinate with customers regarding billing, payments, documentation, and other requirements.
- Ensure that all sales and financial processes are completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders for smooth business operations.
Customer Handling
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Assist customers with billing, payments, documentation, and transaction-related queries.
- Ensure proper follow-up and resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and business partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
- Good understanding of financial transactions and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or similar platforms.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Prior experience in automobile, petrol pump, retail, trading, or similar business operations will be an advantage.
Preferred Candidate
The ideal candidate should be someone who is comfortable with a desk-based role, has strong command over accounts and finance, and can also take responsibility for sales coordination and customer handling.
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
