Role Description The Counter Sales Executive (CSE) will be responsible for engaging walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, and presenting suitable Divine Solitaires products at the retail counter. Daily tasks include explaining product features and benefits, demonstrating the transparency and pricing model, and guiding customers through decision-making and purchase processes. The role involves maintaining product displays, ensuring accurate stock information, handling billing and documentation and coordinating with the team on orders and deliveries. The CSE will also follow up with prospective customers, support promotional activities within the store and provide post-sale assistance as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur.
Qualifications
- Minimum experience 1 year in jewellery industry.
- Minimum HSC / Diploma / Graduation.
- Proven ability in customer-facing sales roles, preferably in jewellery, luxury retail, or high-value consumer products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build trust and long-term customer relationships.
- Basic understanding of diamonds or willingness to learn about solitaire grading, features, and pricing transparency.
- Comfort with using billing systems, maintaining records, and handling cash and digital transactions accurately.
- Professional appearance, attention to detail in product presentation, and a customer-centric attitude.
- Prior experience in retail or counter sales and proficiency in local language(s) and English will be beneficial.
