We're looking for a passionate Fashion Consultant who loves styling customers, delivering exceptional service, and managing retail operations.
Key Responsibilities1. Store Management
- Manage daily store operations and visual merchandising.
- Maintain store hygiene, presentation, and overall customer experience.
- Ensure smooth functioning as per company SOPs.
2. Styling & Customer Management
- Assist customers with outfit selection and styling.
- Conduct trials and provide personalized fashion advice.
- Build customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
3. Inventory Management
- Maintain inventory accuracy and garment quality.
- Coordinate stock movement, alterations, and audits.
- Ensure all outfits are showroom-ready.
4. Booking & Order Management
- Manage bookings, billing, payments, pickups, and returns.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records.
- Ensure seamless order execution.
5. Branding & Marketing
- Capture content for social media.
- Encourage customer reviews and referrals.
- Support local marketing activities, events, and partnerships.
Requirements- Graduate with 1–3 years of retail/customer service experience (fashion preferred).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Passion for fashion, styling, and retail.
- Comfortable with billing/ERP systems and basic computer applications.
