Job description
Orthodox Designs is a Lucknow-based luxury fashion label working at the intersection of Indian craft and contemporary design. We're looking for an intern who wants hands-on exposure to how a fashion label actually runs day to day — not just the design table, but the operations, coordination and studio management that sit behind every collection.
This is a varied role. You'll be given different responsibilities from time to time depending on what the business needs that week, so we're looking for someone adaptable, organised and genuinely willing to learn.
What you'll be doing
- Office management and day-to-day administrative coordination
- Assisting the PR and communications function
- Coordinating and aligning incoming and outgoing parcels and dispatches
- Maintaining and updating stock records
- Measuring garments and assisting with fit and sizing records
- Coordinating with the internal team across departments
- AI-assisted image development for the brand
- Maintaining Excel sheets, trackers and internal records
- Supporting other small projects as they come up
What we're looking for
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Management or a related field
- Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Clear communication and comfort coordinating with a team
- Interest in Indian textiles, crafts and garment construction
- Curiosity about AI image tools (training will be given — prior experience is a plus, not a must)
- Able to work from our Gomti Nagar office

Working days and hours
Five days a week, Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Saturdays are off, except in rare emergencies where prior notice will be given.
