Role Description The Product Management Intern will support the definition, development, and improvement of Kipps.AI’s products and features in a full-time, remote capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with market research, gathering user feedback, and helping analyze product performance and usage data. The intern will participate in defining product requirements, prioritizing feature backlogs, and collaborating with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to ensure smooth execution. The role also involves documenting product workflows, preparing internal and external product materials, and contributing to product strategy discussions. This position is ideal for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn product management in a fast-moving AI startup environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Product Management and Product Strategy, with interest in AI-driven products and B2B SaaS solutions.
- Solid Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-informed decisions.
- Effective Communication skills, with clear written and verbal abilities for collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience or coursework in Market Research, user research, or competitive analysis to inform product direction.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Comfort with remote work, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a startup environment.
- Familiarity with product tools (e.g., JIRA, Notion, Figma, or similar) and basic understanding of agile development practices is a plus.
- Interest in customer experience, automation, and AI technologies, with a proactive mindset toward learning and problem-solving.
