Role Description The Founder Office Intern will support the founding team with a variety of strategic and operational tasks in a full-time on-site role based in Lucknow. Daily responsibilities may include assisting with market and competitor research, preparing presentations and reports, and helping track key business metrics and projects. The intern will coordinate with cross-functional teams, support content creation for internal and external communication, and assist in planning meetings, events, and stakeholder interactions. This role offers exposure to early-stage startup operations, sustainable technology initiatives, and decision-making processes directly alongside the founders.
Qualifications
- Strong research and analytical skills to gather data, identify insights, and support strategic decision-making.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for drafting emails, presentations, and internal documentation.
- Basic proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management tools).
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Interest in sustainability, circular economy, refurbished technology, or consumer electronics markets.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in business, management, engineering, economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
- Comfort collaborating on-site with diverse teams and maintaining a professional, inclusive work style.
