For our multi-designer store at Panampilly Nagar, Kochi, we are looking to hire a full-time, on-site Store Sales Consultant to provide customers an exceptional shopping experience. The store is open every day of the week from 10 AM to 7 PM.
Role Description
Assist clients in selecting the perfect outfits by providing personalized styling advice and product recommendations.
Create repeat business by offering exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationships
Achieve sales targets contributing to the growth of the brand
Contribute to maintaining the store's visual standards and promoting Salt Studio's brand values.
Ensure product knowledge and fashion trends are consistently updated
Qualifications
2 - 3 years experience in fashion or retail sales
Strong knowledge of fabrics, fashion trends, and an eye for styling
Skills in Fashion Sales and providing personalized styling advice
Excellent Communication skills and Customer Service expertise
Sales skills with a focus on meeting store targets ethically with an ability to build strong client relationships
Creativity and attention to detail in assisting customers with their wardrobe selections
Comfort with basic digital tools (e.g., POS systems, messaging apps) to support both in-store and online interactions.
A passion for sustainability and ethical fashion is a plus
Speak in both Malayalam and English
