We are looking for an experienced Fashion Consultant who can represent the brand, build strong relationships with clients, and drive conversions across our showroom and digital channels.
The Role
As a Fashion Consultant, you will manage client enquiries, conduct consultations, provide styling guidance, coordinate appointments, and convert qualified leads into confirmed orders. You will work closely with our design and production teams to ensure every client's requirements are understood and executed accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to enquiries through Instagram, WhatsApp, calls, and in-store interactions
- Understand client requirements, occasion, aesthetic preferences, budget, and timelines
- Conduct in-store and virtual consultations
- Recommend bridal, couture, and occasion-wear looks based on the client's style and requirements
- Provide professional guidance on silhouettes, fabrics, colours, styling, and customisation
- Convert consultations and enquiries into confirmed orders
- Conduct consistent and structured follow-ups with prospective clients
- Maintain accurate client records, preferences, follow-up schedules, and order status
- Build long-term relationships with high-value and repeat clients
- Coordinate with the design, sampling, and production teams on bespoke requirements
- Ensure showroom presentation and client experience consistently reflect the brand's luxury positioning
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion retail, luxury sales, bridal wear, couture, styling, or premium womenswear
- Strong understanding of women's fashion, particularly bridal, couture, occasion wear, silhouettes, fabrics, and styling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong English communication skills; Kannada and/or Hindi would be an advantage
- Confident in handling high-value clients and consultative sales conversations
- Comfortable managing clients professionally through Instagram and WhatsApp
- Strong follow-up discipline and sales orientation
- Ability to work independently and manage showroom responsibilities effectively
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional conduct
Preferred
- Prior experience with a luxury fashion, bridal, or couture brand
- Qualification in Fashion, Styling, Retail, Business, or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM, lead management, or order-tracking systems
- Existing client network within the fashion or bridal segment is an advantage
