Role Description The Fashion Assistant will support day-to-day operations in the studio and showroom, including assisting with client fittings, coordinating measurements, and organizing made-to-measure orders. Responsibilities include preparing garments and accessories for client appointments, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring inventory is well-organized and up to date. The role also involves supporting sales activities, answering client inquiries, and providing exceptional in-person customer service. The Fashion Assistant will collaborate closely with the design and tailoring teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and a seamless client experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Sales and Fashion knowledge to assist with styling recommendations and guide clients through product selections.
- Organization Skills to manage appointments, track orders, and maintain a tidy, efficient workspace.
- Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics, especially in tailoring, styling, and visual presentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment and manage multiple tasks responsibly.
- Prior experience in fashion retail, bespoke tailoring, or luxury apparel is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of fabric types, garment construction, and measurements is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools for scheduling, order tracking, and communication.
