Botanix Resort is looking for a passionate and service-oriented F&B Captain to lead our restaurant service team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. If you have strong leadership skills, a customer-first attitude, and experience in hotel or resort operations, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant and banquet service.
2. Lead and guide stewards to ensure smooth and efficient service.
3. Welcome guests, understand their requirements, and ensure high guest satisfaction.
4. Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely food and beverage service.
5. Monitor table setup, cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
6. Handle guest queries and complaints professionally.
7. Assist in staff training and maintain discipline within the team.
8. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards.
9. Prepare duty rosters and support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
Requirements
1. 1–3 years of experience as an F&B Captain or Senior Steward in a hotel, resort, or restaurant.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
4. Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
5. Basic knowledge of food & beverage service standards and hospitality etiquette.
