🚀 We're Hiring | Manager – Export Sales
Are you passionate about international customer management, export operations, and delivering exceptional customer service? Join Davi Engineering Pvt. Ltd. as our Manager – Export Sales and play a key role in strengthening our global customer relationships.
📍 Location: Chakan, Pune
💼 Experience: 10–15 Years
👤 Role: Individual Contributor
📈 Reporting To: General Manager (GM)
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage day-to-day communication with international customers and ensure timely resolution of their queries.
✅ Handle pre- and post-export documentation accurately and efficiently.
✅ Address customer inquiries related to dispatches and shipment status.
✅ Follow up with customers to expedite orders and ensure on-time execution.
✅ Coordinate with internal stakeholders, logistics partners, and freight forwarders for timely shipments.
✅ Deliver a seamless customer experience from order placement through successful delivery.
✅ Prepare and present MIS reports for management review.
✅ Resolve export documentation and logistics-related issues through effective coordination.
Desired Skills & Experience
✔ 10–15 years of experience in Export Sales, Export Operations, or International Customer Relationship Management.
✔ Strong expertise in export documentation and handling global customers.
✔ Proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
✔ Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
